Sustainable weight management is rarely about willpower. For many clients, biology, hormones, and metabolic patterns make change harder than diet and exercise alone can address. At Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness, Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C leads a medically supervised weight management program for adults in Yuma, AZ who want a clinical, provider-led approach to long-term results.
This is a medical program, not a product. Every client begins with a comprehensive evaluation, and care continues with regular follow-up under Marina's supervision.
THE EVALUATION PROCESS
Before any treatment plan is built, Marina conducts:
- A complete medical history review
- Laboratory testing to assess metabolic, hormonal, and nutritional status
- An in-person physical exam and consultation
- A discussion of your goals, lifestyle, and the factors that may be limiting your progress
If a medical weight management program is appropriate, Marina will design a treatment plan tailored to your evaluation. If it is not appropriate, she will tell you that directly and discuss alternatives.
WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES
A medical weight management program at Enhance is built around four pillars:
- Clinical evaluation and ongoing provider oversight by Marina
- Individualized lifestyle planning, including nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress
- Pharmacologic support, when clinically indicated and prescribed by Marina
- Structured follow-up to monitor progress, adjust the plan, and assess outcomes
Pharmacologic support is one component of a broader program. It is never offered as a stand-alone solution.
ONGOING CARE
Regular follow-up visits allow Marina to monitor your progress, adjust your plan as your body responds, and provide continuous medical support. Clients are not handed a prescription and sent on their way. Care is continuous, individualized, and clinically guided from start to finish.
A NOTE ON PRESCRIPTIONS
Any medication prescribed as part of this program is dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy and ordered by Marina based on your individual evaluation. Clients enrolled in our program may receive compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, or lipotropic injections, depending on what Marina determines is clinically appropriate. Specific medications, dosing, and clinical considerations are reviewed in detail during your consultation, where you will receive complete information about your treatment plan before any prescription is written.
Our medical weight management clients drive in from across Yuma County. We work with Foothills residents, Somerton and San Luis families, and clients from neighboring communities.
