Our skilled team of providers is extensively trained in both medical and aesthetic care for clients throughout Yuma, AZ. With years of experience and a compassionate approach, we're dedicated to providing comprehensive treatments, including hormone replacement therapy, IV vitamin infusions, hair restoration, cosmetic injectables, plasma skin resurfacing, and advanced laser rejuvenation services. We believe in treating the whole person, creating individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Our providers deliver care in a clinical setting and focus on individualized, results-oriented plans. MEET MARINA ROLOFF, DNP, FNP-C
Owner & Medical Director
Marina Roloff is the founding provider of Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness in downtown Yuma, AZ. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and she spent six years in primary care before opening Enhance.
She embraces a holistic approach to care — addressing the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of each individual — and she leads the practice's hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, and aesthetic injectables programs personally. Every clinical decision at Enhance flows through her.
Marina is dedicated to fostering strong, trusting relationships and partnering with every client in shared decision-making for their health and wellness journey.

Hi, I'm Alyssa! Born and raised in the beautiful, sun-soaked city of Yuma, Arizona, I'm proud to call this community home. As the MedSpa Coordinator, I'm often the first friendly face you'll see when you arrive at Enhance. My goal is to ensure your entire experience—from your first visit to each follow-up—is smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
I'm passionate about creating a warm, inviting atmosphere and feel truly grateful to be part of a team that's dedicated to helping every client feel their best, inside and out. If you ever need anything or have a question, I'm always here to help—always with a smile!

Licensed Esthetician
Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm a licensed esthetician with over seven years of experience. I've always loved the idea of creating a space where people can slow down, feel cared for, and leave feeling a little more confident than when they walked in. I'm passionate about beautiful skin, relaxing facials, and making every treatment feel thoughtful and personal.
I love continuing to learn and evolve as an esthetician, creating new experiences for my clients, and sharing what I've learned along the way. For me, skincare is about so much more than skin — it's about taking a little time for yourself and feeling good in it.
