A facial at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness is a skin treatment performed in a medical practice. Our licensed esthetician starts by looking at your skin and asking about your current routine, then tailors each step to what your skin needs that day. You leave with clean, hydrated, protected skin and a clear plan for home care between visits.
THE ENHANCE SIGNATURE RESET
A monthly facial ritual designed to refresh, replenish, and restore your skin.
A personalized, medical-grade facial that deeply cleanses, resurfaces, decongests, calms, and supports the skin barrier. Each treatment is customized to what your skin needs that day, blending clinical skin analysis with an elevated, restorative experience.
It is meant to be relaxing, with warm steam, plush brushes, a facial massage and a scalp massage. It simply goes deeper than a typical spa facial, with real time for extractions, and it is performed under the medical direction of Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C.

- Personalized skin analysis and first cleanse. A slow first cleanse while your esthetician reads your skin for congestion, dehydration, sensitivity and barrier condition.
- Sensory double cleanse with warm steam, compresses and plush brushes. A deeper second cleanse lifts away what the first one loosened, softens the skin and lets you settle in.
- Customized enzymatic resurfacing. An enzyme chosen for your skin that day loosens built-up surface cells without aggressive peeling.
- Professional pore preparation and precise extractions. Your pores are softened and prepared first, so extractions can be thorough. They get real time, not a few minutes at the end.
- Therapeutic facial massage. Focused on lymphatic drainage, sculpting, circulation and tension relief, it calms the skin after extractions.
- Purifying mask therapy. A mask customized to decongest, hydrate or calm your skin, paired with a relaxing scalp massage.
- Therapeutic cold therapy. Cooling globes, chilled compresses or a specialized cooling mask calm inflammation, reduce puffiness and soothe post-extraction skin.
- Customized serums, moisturizer and SPF. Selected to support barrier recovery, hydration and overall skin health.

FACIAL OPTIONS
- Enhance Signature Reset. Our monthly facial ritual: a personalized, medical-grade facial with a sensory double cleanse, thorough extractions, facial and scalp massage, cold therapy and barrier recovery, described above. 60 minutes.
- DiamondGlow® facial. A non-invasive in-office treatment that combines diamond-tip exfoliation with the topical infusion of SkinMedica® Pro-Infusion serums. It is performed in about 60 minutes with no true downtime and is suitable for most skin types.
- Chemical peels. A clinician-selected exfoliating solution removes damaged outer layers of skin to encourage smoother, more even-toned skin as it renews. Depth is tailored to your skin type and goals.
- IPL photofacial. Broadband light on the Alma Harmony XL PRO platform for the appearance of sunspots, redness and uneven pigmentation. IPL is not appropriate for all skin types, so an Enhance clinician assesses candidacy first.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first visit starts with a skin assessment and a review of the products you use now, since some active ingredients need to be paused before certain treatments. After your facial you get aftercare guidance for your skin, and daily sun protection matters year-round under the Yuma sun.
Facials pair well with a medical-grade skin care routine at home. Many clients use them as a maintenance step between other treatments in a longer-term skin plan.
Facials are performed at our downtown office at 330 S. Main Street. Clients come from the Foothills, Somerton and San Luis.
