Born and raised in Yuma, AZ, Marina Roloff has deep roots in her community and feels privileged to care for the people who mean so much to her as the owner and medical director of Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Marina spent several years in family medicine providing comprehensive primary care. She began her career as an in-client nurse before transitioning to family medicine, where she cared for clients of all ages—from newborns to seniors. Though leaving primary care was a difficult choice, Marina remains passionate about delivering holistic, client-centered care through Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Board-certified nurse practitioner Marina Roloff earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. She has completed extensive training and holds certification in advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through the Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine. As a Certified EvexiPEL® Provider, Marina offers bioidentical hormone pellet therapy to help both men and women achieve optimal balance and enhance overall wellness.
PERSONAL
Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness is co-owned by Marina and her husband, Casey, who works in law enforcement and is also a real estate investor. Together, they are proud parents to their son, Jace Emran, an energetic, independent, and talented young athlete they love coaching in various sports. Outside of work, Marina enjoys traveling the world, experiencing new cultures, and discovering incredible food. The beach remains her favorite escape, and she finds balance through cycling on her Peloton and practicing yoga—both essential to her mental and physical well-being.
