What makes Enhance different from other Yuma med spas?

Every appointment at Enhance is run by or supervised by Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C. There is no rotating injector and no traveling nurse model. Treatment plans are built from a clinical assessment, not a price list, and we maintain on-site labs, hormone testing, and weight management programs alongside cosmetic services. Returning clients see the same face year over year, which matters for injectable consistency and for tracking hormone or weight goals over time.

Who is Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness designed to serve?

Our clients are adults in Yuma County and the surrounding region who want medically supervised aesthetic, hormone, weight loss, or wellness care. We see first-time injectable clients in their twenties, perimenopausal and menopausal women managing hormone changes, men exploring testosterone optimization, and patients pursuing physician-supervised weight loss with semaglutide or tirzepatide. Some treatments have age, pregnancy, or medical-history restrictions that we screen for at consultation. Book a consultation to find out which services fit your goals.

Booking & Visiting

How to schedule, what to expect, payment, and financing options.

Do you take walk-ins or is it appointment only?

Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness is appointment only. This lets us hold dedicated time for each consultation, treatment, and follow-up without rushing through medical assessments. Online scheduling is available 24/7 at enhance.janeapp.com, and same-week openings are common for established clients. If you need to be seen quickly, call (928) 370-4480 or text 928-615-8186 and we will check the cancellation list. How do I book an appointment at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness?

The fastest way to book is online at enhance.janeapp.com, where you can see live availability and reserve a consultation or treatment in under two minutes. You can also call (928) 370-4480 during business hours or text 928-615-8186 for a callback. A credit card hold is required to confirm the booking.

Link to this question
What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit at our Yuma office begins with a 30 to 60 minute consultation. Marina or a trained provider reviews your medical history, current medications, skincare routine, and goals. For cosmetic services this includes a facial assessment and product or treatment recommendations. For hormone or weight loss programs, the visit usually ends with lab orders and a follow-up scheduled to review results. Some treatments such as Botox or DiamondGlow can be performed the same day if it is clinically appropriate. Book your initial visit at enhance.janeapp.com.

Link to this question
Do you offer financing or memberships?

Yes. Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness offers Affirm financing through the Enhance Rewards App, which lets qualified clients split treatment costs into monthly payments, often at 0% APR. We also run a membership program with monthly product credits, discounted treatments, and member-only event pricing on services like Botox, IV therapy, and DiamondGlow facials. Both programs are designed for clients building long-term skincare or hormone routines rather than single visits. Visit enhanceaw.com/financing for details or download the Enhance Rewards App on iOS or Android.

Link to this question
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical services, Affirm financing through the Enhance Rewards App, and gift card balances. Cash payment is accepted in person. We do not bill traditional health insurance. Most aesthetic services are not covered by insurance plans, but selected medical services such as hormone lab work or weight management consultations may be reimbursable through HSA or FSA accounts depending on your plan. Bring your card to the appointment to confirm eligibility.

Link to this question
Do I need to bring anything to my consultation?

For a first consultation in Yuma, bring a list of current medications and supplements, a brief history of recent surgeries or chronic conditions, and any cosmetic products you use daily. For hormone replacement or weight loss consultations, bring lab results from the past 12 months if you have them, plus your primary care provider's name. You do not need to come in with bare skin for cosmetic consults, but plan to remove makeup if a facial assessment is part of the visit.

Aesthetic Services

Botox, dermal fillers, DiamondGlow, microneedling, lasers, and skin treatments.

Do you offer Botox and dermal fillers?

Yes. Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, performs Botox, Jeuveau, and Dysport for fine lines and wrinkles, plus a full range of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers including Restylane and Juvederm products at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness in Yuma. Sculptra biostimulator is also available for clients who want gradual collagen-based volume restoration rather than immediate filling. Each appointment starts with a clinical assessment so the right product, unit count, and placement match your facial anatomy and goals. Book a consultation at enhance.janeapp.com or call (928) 370-4480.

Link to this question
How long do Botox results last in Yuma's climate?

Botox typically lasts 3 to 4 months for most clients, regardless of climate. Sun exposure, exercise frequency, metabolism, and the muscle area treated influence duration more than temperature does. Clients in Yuma who spend long hours outdoors may notice slightly faster wear in dynamic areas like the forehead, but the difference is usually a matter of weeks. Most established clients schedule maintenance every 12 to 16 weeks to keep results consistent. Call (928) 370-4480 to set a maintenance schedule.

Link to this question
Are dermal filler injections painful?

Most dermal filler products contain lidocaine, which numbs the treatment area within seconds of the first injection. Topical numbing cream can be applied 15 to 20 minutes before the appointment for sensitive areas like the lips. Clients commonly describe the sensation as pressure or a brief pinch rather than sharp pain. Bruising and tenderness are normal for 1 to 3 days after treatment. If you have concerns about discomfort, raise them at consultation so Marina can adjust the numbing protocol. Schedule a consultation at enhance.janeapp.com to discuss numbing preferences.

Link to this question
What is the downtime for Botox or filler appointments?

Botox has effectively no downtime. Most clients return to work the same day, with small red dots at injection sites that fade within 30 minutes. Dermal fillers may cause swelling and minor bruising for 1 to 3 days, particularly in the lips or under-eye area. For 24 hours after either treatment, avoid intense exercise, alcohol, and lying flat. Sculptra and other biostimulators have a slightly longer recovery, with possible firmness at the injection site for several days. Plan social events accordingly.

What is a DiamondGlow Signature Facial?

DiamondGlow is a medical-grade facial treatment that combines diamond-tip exfoliation, vacuum extraction of pore debris, and infusion of targeted serums in a single device. The Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness Signature Facial pairs DiamondGlow with custom serum selection based on your skin assessment, focusing on hydration, brightening, or clarifying depending on the concern. Treatments take about 45 minutes, have no downtime, and are appropriate for most skin types. Most clients schedule monthly. Book online at enhance.janeapp.com.

Link to this question
Do you do laser hair removal for all skin types?

Yes. We use the Alma Harmony XL PRO platform, which includes wavelengths suitable for skin types I through VI on the Fitzpatrick scale. Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, oversees laser protocols and screens for medical contraindications at consultation, since darker skin types require careful settings to avoid pigment changes. Most clients need 6 to 8 sessions spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart, depending on the body area and hair growth cycle. Call (928) 370-4480 to schedule a consultation and patch test.

Link to this question
Do you treat melasma and hyperpigmentation from sun damage?

Yes. Melasma and sun-induced hyperpigmentation are common concerns in Yuma, AZ, given the year-round sun exposure. We treat them with a combination of medical-grade topicals, prescription tyrosinase inhibitors, gentle laser protocols on the Alma Harmony XL PRO, and chemical peels. Aggressive lasers can worsen melasma, so treatment plans are conservative and built around daily SPF and antioxidant use. Marina screens skin type, hormone status, and medication history at consultation, since hormonal melasma needs different care than UV-only pigment. Schedule a skin assessment at enhance.janeapp.com to build a plan.

Link to this question
What is SkinPen microneedling and how is it different from at-home rollers?

SkinPen is the first FDA-cleared microneedling device, and it operates with sterile single-use needle cartridges that penetrate skin at depths a clinician sets per area. At-home rollers use fixed shallow needles that cannot reach the depth required for collagen remodeling, and they cannot be sterilized between uses. SkinPen treatments at Enhance address acne scars, fine lines, stretch marks, and overall skin texture. Most clients see improvement after 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Topical numbing is applied before treatment.

Link to this question
Am I a candidate for Sculptra biostimulator?

Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator that triggers your skin's own collagen production over several months, rather than filling immediately like hyaluronic acid products. Good candidates are adults with mild to moderate volume loss in the cheeks, temples, or jawline who want gradual, natural-looking restoration. Sculptra is not appropriate during active skin infections, for clients with certain autoimmune conditions, or for those wanting an immediate change before an event. Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, screens for candidacy at consultation. Book a Sculptra consultation in Yuma to confirm fit.

Link to this question
Can I do Botox and filler in the same appointment?

Yes, in most cases Botox and filler can be performed in the same visit. Marina typically administers Botox first, since it takes 5 to 10 days to take full effect, then places filler in areas where volume restoration is needed. The combined appointment usually runs 45 to 60 minutes. Some clients prefer to space the treatments by a week to reduce swelling and to assess each result independently. The decision is made at consultation based on your goals and skin condition.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Bioidentical HRT for men and women, lab work, dosing, and safety.

Do you offer hormone replacement therapy for men and for women?

Yes. Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness offers physician-supervised bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for both men and women. For women, Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, treats perimenopause, menopause, post-hysterectomy hormone deficiency, and thyroid imbalance using a combination of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid support as indicated by lab work. For men, we treat low testosterone, low energy, and related symptoms with monitored testosterone replacement protocols. Delivery options include topical creams, injections, sublingual tablets, and EvexiPEL pellets. Book a consultation at enhanceaw.com.

Link to this question
What is the difference between bioidentical and synthetic hormones?

Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the hormones your body produces. Synthetic hormones, such as Premarin or Provera, have a different molecular structure and were developed before bioidentical compounding became widely available. The clinical literature suggests bioidentical estradiol and progesterone have a more favorable side effect profile than older synthetic equivalents for many patients, though individual response varies. At Enhance, all BHRT is prescribed by Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, and dispensed through accredited compounding pharmacies under medical oversight.

Link to this question
How do I know if I am a candidate for HRT?

Common indications include persistent fatigue, brain fog, hot flashes, night sweats, low libido, mood changes, sleep disruption, weight gain, and loss of muscle mass that has not responded to lifestyle changes. Both men over 35 and women in perimenopause or menopause are common candidates, though younger patients with documented hormone deficiency may also qualify. Candidacy is confirmed through a medical history review and comprehensive lab panel. Some conditions such as active hormone-sensitive cancers may rule out treatment. Schedule a consultation to be evaluated.

Link to this question
What lab work is required before starting HRT?

A baseline panel typically includes total and free testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, thyroid function (TSH, free T3, free T4), DHEA-S, sex hormone-binding globulin, complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, and prostate-specific antigen for men over 40. Marina may add tests like vitamin D, ferritin, or insulin based on symptoms. Lab work is repeated at follow-up intervals during treatment to verify dosing is producing results in a safe range. We coordinate the orders directly so you do not need a separate referral.

Link to this question
How long before I notice results from hormone therapy?

Most clients on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy notice changes in energy and sleep within the first 2 to 4 weeks. Mood, mental clarity, and libido typically improve over 4 to 8 weeks. Body composition changes, including muscle gain and fat loss, develop more gradually over 3 to 6 months as hormones reach steady state. Pellet therapy reaches full effect more slowly than injections or creams because pellets release hormones over several months. Follow-up labs at 8 to 12 weeks confirm the dose is producing the intended response.

Link to this question
What are the side effects of bioidentical hormone replacement?

Most BHRT side effects are mild and resolve as the body adjusts to a new dose. They can include temporary acne, fluid retention, breast tenderness, mood changes, hair growth in new areas, or injection site reactions. Less common but more serious risks vary by hormone, sex, age, and medical history, which is why every Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness BHRT plan is supervised by Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, with scheduled lab follow-up. Report any unexpected symptom promptly so dosing can be adjusted.

Link to this question
Is hormone replacement therapy safe long term?

For appropriately selected patients, supervised bioidentical hormone replacement therapy can be continued long term. Safety depends on baseline health, age at initiation, type of hormone delivered, and ongoing monitoring. Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, repeats labs every 3 to 12 months depending on the protocol, screens for hormone-sensitive cancers per age-appropriate guidelines, and adjusts dosing as you age. The most important risk reducer is consistent monitoring rather than the hormones themselves. Discuss your specific risk profile at consultation in Yuma.

Medical Weight Loss

Physician-supervised semaglutide and tirzepatide programs in Yuma.

Do you offer weight loss injections like semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Yes. Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness offers physician-supervised medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide for qualifying patients. Both are GLP-1 receptor agonists; tirzepatide also activates the GIP receptor and tends to produce greater appetite reduction in many patients. All prescriptions are written by Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, after a medical evaluation, baseline labs, and review of your weight history. Dosing is titrated weekly under our supervision rather than self-managed. Book a consultation at enhance.janeapp.com or call (928) 370-4480.

Link to this question
What is the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide?

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist; tirzepatide is a dual GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist. Both reduce appetite and slow gastric emptying. Clinical trials show tirzepatide tends to produce greater average weight loss at higher doses, but tolerance to side effects, cost, supply availability, and individual response all factor into the choice. At Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness, Marina selects between them based on your health history, weight loss goals, and how your body tolerates the starting dose. Schedule a consultation to determine which medication fits your goals.

Link to this question
How do I qualify for medical weight loss?

Qualification is based on a clinical evaluation, not a single number. Most candidates have a body mass index of 27 or higher with a weight-related condition, or a BMI of 30 or higher independent of comorbidities. Younger patients, pregnant or breastfeeding patients, and people with certain endocrine conditions or a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma generally do not qualify for GLP-1 therapy. Baseline labs and a medical history review are required before any prescription is issued. Schedule a consultation to find out if you qualify.

Link to this question
What does medical weight loss cost at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness?

Pricing depends on the medication, the dose, the supply source, and the duration of the plan. Self-pay programs at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness include medication, weekly or biweekly check-ins, lab review, and dose titration as a single monthly fee. Affirm financing is available through the Enhance Rewards App for qualified clients. Insurance occasionally covers branded GLP-1 medications, but coverage varies and most plans deny aesthetic weight management. Call (928) 370-4480 for current monthly pricing on our supervised programs.

Link to this question
What side effects should I expect from semaglutide or tirzepatide?

The most common side effects are nausea, decreased appetite, mild constipation or diarrhea, fatigue, and occasional reflux, particularly during dose escalation. Most resolve within 1 to 2 weeks at each dose. Slow titration, hydration, and small protein-forward meals reduce the gastrointestinal symptoms. Less common but serious effects include pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, and hypoglycemia in patients on diabetes medications. At Enhance, side effects are reviewed at every check-in and dose increases are paused if symptoms are not tolerated. Report new abdominal pain promptly.

Link to this question
How much weight can I expect to lose with physician-supervised injections?

Average weight loss in published trials runs 12 to 18 percent of body weight over 12 months on tirzepatide and 10 to 15 percent on semaglutide, when paired with diet and activity changes. Individual results vary widely based on adherence, starting weight, dose, and lifestyle. Some clients lose more, others less, and a small percentage do not respond. Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, monitors progress and adjusts the protocol if results plateau. We do not promise specific outcomes; we focus on safe, supervised, sustainable progress.

Wellness Services

IV therapy, NAD+, vitamin injections, and methylation and sensitivity testing.

Do you offer IV therapy and NAD+?

Yes. Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness offers a menu of IV hydration drips, vitamin therapy, and NAD+ infusions at our Yuma office. Standard IVs run 30 to 60 minutes; NAD+ infusions run 2 to 4 hours depending on the dose, since faster rates can cause flushing or nausea. Common protocols include immune support, athletic recovery, hangover relief, beauty (high-dose biotin and glutathione), and energy and mental clarity blends. All infusions are prepared and administered under Marina's protocols. Book online at enhance.janeapp.com.

Link to this question
What is in your standard IV hydration drip?

A standard hydration drip at Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness contains 1 liter of normal saline, electrolytes, B-complex vitamins, and vitamin C. Add-ons such as glutathione, magnesium, biotin, taurine, zinc, and Toradol for headache relief are selected at consultation. The drip is administered while you sit comfortably and takes about 45 minutes. Most clients leave feeling rehydrated and clear-headed within an hour. Yuma's heat makes hydration support a year-round request, particularly for clients training outdoors or recovering from illness.

Link to this question
What are vitamin injections and which ones do you offer?

Vitamin injections are concentrated nutrients delivered intramuscularly for faster absorption than oral supplements. Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness offers methylcobalamin B12, MIC (methionine, inositol, choline) lipotropic, glutathione, vitamin D, and a B-complex blend. Most are administered in 5 minutes during a brief office visit. Common reasons clients use them include energy support, athletic recovery, immune support during travel, and fat metabolism support alongside a weight loss program. They are not a substitute for a complete nutrition plan or supervised medical care.

Link to this question
What is MTHFR methylation testing and who needs it?

MTHFR testing screens for variants in the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase gene, which influences how your body processes folate, B12, and other methyl donors. Some variants are associated with reduced enzyme activity and may affect homocysteine metabolism, mood regulation, and cardiovascular markers. Testing is most useful for clients with unexplained fatigue, anxiety or depression that has not responded to standard care, recurrent miscarriage, elevated homocysteine, or a family history of cardiovascular disease. Results guide whether methylated B vitamins or other interventions are appropriate.

Link to this question
What is ALCAT food and chemical sensitivity testing?

ALCAT testing is a blood-based assessment that screens reactivity to a panel of foods, food additives, molds, environmental chemicals, and medications. It is different from IgE allergy testing; ALCAT measures cellular reactions thought to contribute to inflammatory symptoms such as bloating, headaches, joint pain, fatigue, and skin flares. Results identify substances to consider eliminating for a defined period to evaluate symptom changes. Marina reviews results with you in Yuma and helps build a structured elimination and reintroduction plan rather than handing over an unguided list.

Hair Restoration

Alma TED non-invasive hair restoration for men and women with thinning hair.

What is Alma TED hair restoration?

Alma TED (TransEpidermal Delivery) is a non-invasive hair restoration treatment that uses ultrasound-based acoustic sound waves and air pressure to deliver a topical serum into the scalp without needles. The serum supports follicle health and circulation in areas of thinning hair. Each treatment takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Most clients complete 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, then maintain results with periodic boosters. TED is appropriate for early-stage hair thinning in men and women who prefer to avoid PRP injections or transplant procedures. Book a TED consultation at enhanceaw.com.

Link to this question
Am I a candidate for TED hair restoration?

TED is well suited to early-stage androgenetic hair thinning, postpartum shedding, telogen effluvium, and stress-related hair loss where follicles are still active. It is less effective on advanced baldness with no remaining follicle activity, scarring alopecia, or active scalp inflammation. A scalp assessment at consultation determines whether your follicles are good responders. Marina Roloff, DNP, FNP-C, may recommend pairing TED with oral or topical therapies for stronger results. Patients on blood thinners or with active scalp infections should disclose those at consultation.

Link to this question
How soon will I see results from TED hair restoration?

Most clients begin to notice less shedding within 3 to 4 weeks. Visible regrowth typically appears between 8 and 12 weeks, with continued improvement through 6 months as new hairs cycle through the growth phase. Photographs at intake and at each follow-up help track progress objectively, since day-to-day mirror checks can be misleading. Results vary based on the cause of hair loss, age, hormone status, and overall health. Maintenance sessions every 3 to 6 months are recommended after the initial series. Schedule your TED series at enhance.janeapp.com.
