Med Spa

Clients ask about the Enhance Rewards membership at almost every consultation — usually right after they've looked at the menu and started doing math in their head. The question isn't really "Is this a good deal?" It's more specific than that: does a med spa membership in Yuma actually fit how I want to use this place, or am I paying for access I won't use?
That's the right question. Here's how to answer it for yourself.
Enhance Aesthetics & Wellness uses the RepeatMD™ platform to power the Enhance Rewards membership program. RepeatMD is a third-party membership and loyalty platform built for medical aesthetics practices; Enhance participates in that platform and may receive compensation through this partnership relationship.
What the membership structure actually does is straightforward: members pay a recurring monthly fee in exchange for credits, discounts, or priority access to services — the specific structure is confirmed at sign-up and is subject to change. It's not a subscription box. It's not a financing product. It's a commitment to consistent care at a predictable cadence, with a financial structure that rewards that consistency.
What it isn't: a guarantee that every service costs less than à la carte. The math depends on what you use and how often you use it.
The honest answer is that membership works well for a specific kind of client — one who has already decided they want regular aesthetic care and is choosing between paying as they go or committing to a structure.
If you come in once a year for a single treatment, à la carte is probably the right model for you. There's nothing wrong with that. Our full service menu is available without any membership commitment, and you pay for what you book.
If you've been coming in for DiamondGlow® treatments every few months, or you're maintaining wrinkle relaxers on a regular schedule, or you've started a laser series and want to stay consistent — those are the patterns where the membership structure tends to make practical sense. The math gets favorable when the services are already part of your regular plan rather than aspirational additions to it.
A good self-assessment question: in the last twelve months, how many times have you come in for an aesthetic service, or wished you had? If the answer is two or fewer, à la carte is likely the more flexible option. If the answer is four or more, it's worth looking at the numbers together.
Membership benefits through RepeatMD™ typically come in the form of monthly credits applied toward services, percentage discounts on treatments, or a combination. The specific structure — how many credits, what they apply to, whether there's a rollover provision — is disclosed at enrollment and through the RepeatMD platform directly.
A few practical notes on how to think about this:
Credits are not cash. They apply to services within the program, not to every service on the menu equally. Before you enroll, ask which services your anticipated credits cover — that's the number that matters for your individual math.
Consistency compounds. One of the structural realities of any maintenance-based aesthetic plan — whether laser, injectables, or skin treatments — is that consistent intervals tend to produce better cumulative results than sporadic high-spend visits followed by long gaps. A membership structure that prompts monthly engagement isn't just a financial tool; it's a scheduling tool. Whether that cadence fits your life is a personal call.
There's no financing product built into the base membership. If you're interested in spreading costs beyond the monthly membership fee, financing options are available through Enhance — and any financing terms involving APR or specific payment structures will include the disclosures required under Regulation Z.
À la carte isn't the fallback option for people who can't afford the membership. It's a legitimate model for people who want maximum flexibility — the ability to try different services, respond to what their skin or body needs in a given season, and not feel locked into a cadence.
Yuma's climate creates specific skin patterns. Intense UV exposure from spring through early fall accelerates pigment and surface damage in ways that can shift what your skin needs seasonally. A client who wants IPL in the spring and a chemical peel series in the fall and nothing in between has a use pattern that may not map neatly onto a membership structure. That's worth being honest about at consultation rather than retrofitting a membership onto a plan that doesn't naturally call for one.
À la carte also makes sense when you're still figuring out what you want. The first year of aesthetic care — when you're learning how your skin responds to treatments, what results you're actually after, what cadence feels right — is often a poor time to commit to a structure. Come in, explore our services, see what resonates, and revisit the membership question once you have a pattern to evaluate.
When clients ask about the Enhance Rewards membership during a consultation, the conversation doesn't start with the price. It starts with their treatment history and what they're hoping to maintain or work toward over the next year.
If the services they're already using — or the plan they're building toward — align with what the membership covers, we walk through the specific numbers together. If they don't, we say so and book the individual services they need.
Membership enrollment happens through the RepeatMD™ platform. The terms, credits, and any applicable discounts are disclosed in the platform at the time of enrollment.
